Warranty
The Company warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship when properly installed and operated under normal use. The company will repair, or at its option, replace any product found to be defective within one year from the date of shipment to the original purchaser. This warranty does not extend to damage or defects caused by improper installation, negligence or misuse. AeroSonics shall not be liable for any expense, loss, or damage directly or indirectly incurred arising from the use of its product. Any expense incurred for the repair of a product will not be accepted unless written authorization is issued by AeroSonics. The company reserves the right to inspect any product for which a warranty claim is presented. This warranty supersedes all other warranties, expressed or implied and no person or representative is authorized to give any warranties on our behalf, nor to assume any liability with regard to our products.
